Our return policy allows for the refund of non-customized items that are returned in new, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@wansahome.com for assistance in processing your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the order to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the return is received at our warehouse and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
