Our return policy allows for the refund of non-customized items that are returned in new, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@wansahome.com for assistance in processing your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the order to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.
